Come to this one of a kind healing experience. Let our breathing practices allow your breathe to become energy. The energy will run through your body to reduce stress and anxiety. Once we learn to create positive energy we can release our passion into our art. 

This is a Barn Quilt inspired wall art design. It is put together by small pieces PAINT TO YOUR OWN CREATION and we will finish the design with a macrame twist.
